INBOUND SHIPPING: Not before March 20
- All Shipping payments must be made prior to the conference via the FedEx office or your boxes will not be delivered to your individual tables in the ballroom. Or pay for services directly at FedEx when you arrive and plan to pick up your packages through FedEx. You must have a copy of your Tracking Numbers.
OUTBOUND SHIPPING: Leave boxes on tables with completed return labels
- Complete your FedEx, UPS or other labels with your account number.
- Packages must be pre-paid through FedEx and pre-scheduled for pick-up through a carrier.
- Boxes must be packed, labeled, and left on your table.
- The Hotel staff will pick up packages and take to the dock after 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 29.
- You MUST make your pick-up date with your preferred carriers for Sunday, Monday or Tuesday.
