In early February, the Primary Vendor Attendee registrant from each company will be provided with a list of the Dealerships attending Conference and information about the categories they serve.

Each company will need to submit a priority list of who they most want to meet with.

Using these priority lists, the Strata team will create personalized schedules to maximize your time and help you connect with the partners that matter most.

The Conference is designed for Dealers and Vendors only.

Guests may attend the Welcome Reception and Celebration Dinner for an additional fee.

Children are not allowed to attend any Strata Conference functions.

Business attire is appropriate for the entire Conference. Please no ripped or torn jeans during Appointments.

The Strata Events team is dedicated to making your Conference experience as safe and comfortable as possible. If you need special accommodations or assistance, please contact the Strata Events team to discuss.

Cancellation Deadline: Friday, February 27, 2026

Cancellations made prior to the deadline will receive a refund by check.
Cancellations made after the deadline will receive no refund.
